How we started

Established in 2014 in Singapore, we originally started as
a trading company that specialized on the marketing and trading of Indonesian consumer goods under a different brand. Shortly afterwards, we expanded into Indonesian palm oil and its allied products.

From these origins, we continue to diversify our trading portfolios to new Indonesian commodities – thermal coal and agricultural products. To reflect better the business we are doing, we rebranded as WECO Global Corporation Pte. Ltd.

Trading

One of the oldest trade products in the world, emerged over 5000 years ago.

The production exceeds 48 million tons per year.

Indonesia is the world leader in the production of palm oil.

Palm Oil

WECO provides palm oil and its related commodities of Indonesia origin that meets the highest quality requirements and specifications. Our palm oil trading activities incorporates a selectively sourced variety from well-established producers in Indonesia – covering palm oils and its fractions in raw (crude) state or refined form, as well as oil palm biomass products that remain from the manufacturing process. We are able to supply large quantities of palm oil regularly with assured highest quality and reasonable price.

70% of world steel production depends on burning coal.

Indonesia is the second largest exporter for coal.

Coal provides about ¼ of the world's energy needs

Thermal Coal

We exclusively trade Thermal Coal of Indonesia origin (also known as Steam Coal) with wide range of calorific values. We source our high quality thermal coal directly from a selected number of trusted coal producers in Indonesia.

As we continue to work on mutual partnerships with local producers in Indonesia, we are expanding our capacity to handle recurring order of large quantity of Thermal Coal and we plan to increaseit in the near future.

Indonesia exports of 25% arabica beans; the balance is robusta.

Indonesia is the world's largest producer of cinnamon.

Also we produce nutmeg, cassava, vanilla, coconut oil, rice, cocoa and tea.

Agriculture

We offer a tremendous range of agricultural tropical products from Indonesia known for its richness of tropical islands.

Our supply chain allows us to partner directly with local farmers and producers, ensuring high-quality raw materials and semi-processed products. Current commodity coverage includes green coffee beans, a wide variety of herbs and spices, and raw materials for palm, nipah, coconut broom ekel.

Becoming a global company
Today, WECO Global Corporation Pte. Ltd is an independently owned global physical hard and soft commodities trading and supply chain management company with head office in Singapore, and we maintain our global reach through our network of international team of representatives and a number of joint venture partnerships. We specialize in commodities of Indonesia origin – palm oil and its related products, thermal coal, and a wide range of agricultural products.
What we do
Our company aspires to provide a strategic physical commodities trading platform. Our originators are local to the region, providing us real time carefully-sourced and verified information. We procure and export our products from Indonesia directly to destinations worldwide, providing one or all services across the supply chain to clients – we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the efficiency of our operations. Our objective is to create, maintain, and be part of an efficient supply chain that affords our clients access to high quality products at minimum cost, within the shortest possible time-frame.
